The first thing we want to clarify is that we are a Web company. We are not a marketing company that does websites. From our experience (and those of others), that combo doesn’t always work. Traditional marketing work doesn’t translate as easily to the Web as the Web translates to other media. So while we are capable of working in other medium our specialty is with the Web.
We are very conscious of usability on both sides of a website—those that maintain the site and those that use the site. There are many tools available to allow clients to very easily maintain their website and leverage their site to be more productive. We use tools that have ridiculous lists of features that can be easily integrated. We won’t get into the details here, but the possibilities are almost endless.
Another area we pride ourselves in is customer service. There is definitely a problem with website developers building sites and then leaving their clients hanging. We don’t do that. If a website is not successful for our client it is not successful for us. We really like building relationships with our clients throughout the process…getting to know the client, the business, the organization, etc. and you cannot do that with poor customer service.
This is a screenshot of a recent project we did for the architecture firm hula design build. The client called for a very clean design to reflect their overall style.
