Hotfoot Design is a creative agency based in Lancaster, Lancashire, with clients dotted around the UK. Our focus is on branding, digital, and marketing. We only work with forward-thinking clients where we can make a real difference. We approach every project with enthusiasm, a keen intelligence, and the desire to move the needle, so our clients get incredible results.
“I founded Hotfoot in 2006 because I believe the best work happens when there's mutual trust, sincere collaboration, and a deep understanding of each and every client. It’s often the final 10% of a project that makes the difference, and with our energy and positive attitude, that’s where we excel.”

Hotfoot created a responsive website for a new interdisciplinary Research Institute at Lancaster University, the Institute for Social Futures (ISF).
The site is designed to engage people in the work of the institute, linking science, social science and the humanities.
Hotfoot founder Charlie Haywood says, “This was a particularly interesting project as it required us to present quite specialist information in a clear and accessible way. As more and more people access the web on their phones, we also ensured the new site worked perfectly across all devices. Our client is really happy with the results.”

“The campaigns that Hotfoot produced for Lancaster University enabled us to showcase some of our research activities to a very wide audience in a creative, innovative way – this was especially important as the campaigns were designed for multiple audiences in over 150 countries. The response that we received from both students and alumni was fantastic, with many sharing the campaign via social media.”
