Usability is about human behavior. It recognizes that humans are lazy, get emotional, are not interested in putting a lot of effort, and generally prefer things that are easy to do.
The average software program has 40 design flaws that impair user’s ability to use it. The resulting cost of lost productivity can be up to 720%.
We see this as a high-risk now and in future in the world’s operational cycle. Hence, we devote ourselves to practicing in this space.
