Case Study: Tribridge Website
New Website Increases Traffic, Lowers Bounce Rate, Improves Conversion Rates & Delivers ROI
Approaching Load Capacity
After four years since the last website redesign and several acquisitions later, the Tribridge marketing team has grown and evolved. They are now handling hundreds of marketing assets, hosting dozens of events each week and managing a very sophisticated lead generation model – for multiple brands. The website was reaching it’s capacity for marketing effectiveness, so a complete overhaul was on the top of the list for 2013 initiatives.

A Structural Redesign
For the third time in a row, the Roger West team designed and developed a website within the easy-to-use Sitefinity CMS. The new design features a responsive layout optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
In addition to built-in CMS features, such as in-line editing, a drag-n-drop interface, SEO features, and built-in blogging, the Roger West team customized the system to give users more control, including the ability to manage 301 and 302 redirects for marketing campaigns, and a complex event management tool.
Most notably, the team built a centralized resource library as a custom digital asset management solution, which allows users to quickly add case studies, whitepapers, recorded webinars, live events, audio files, videos and other resources to a single library, and then dynamically add them to any page on the website by selecting the related categories, and choosing from one of five different layouts.
Furthermore, the marketing team can easily create a conversion form for any one of these digital assets; while lead data is automatically integrated with ClickDimensions automated marketing software and/or GoToWebinar event management software for campaign follow-up and nurturing.
The Road to Results
The new website is already experiencing tremendous results. The responsive design seems to be paying off, with a dramatic 240% increase in mobile traffic and a 74% increase in tablet traffic. Furthermore, visitors are staying on the website for a longer period of time (+17%) and viewing more pages (+16%) while on the site.
Overall, the website generates approximately 12,000 visitors, maintains a low bounce rate below 50%, and converts a high number of qualified leads each month - and those leads “actually turn into hard dollars and cents!” confirms Jill Thompson, Marketing Manager for Tribridge.
