The Ratio Switch site is a simple as it gets. No CMS, no back-end, no fluff. Why? There's no need and this is done on purpose to reiterate the adage "Choose the right tool for the job".
The design is meant to communicate the effectiveness of simple and clean design. The code behind this site is equally as simple taking advantage of basic PHP includes, YUI-Grids, and good ol' fashioned CSS/xHTML.
