I've been an active Web Designer/Developer for about 12 years. Of the last 6, I have worked with software startups doing UI Design, UI Development and Information Architecture, most recently with eBay and PayPal.
I am a fan of clean design, semantic html, tableless layout, graceful degradation and accessibility.
It all boils down to: I love usable and friendly sites.
