Przemek Mularczyk is a well-known real estate agent in Łódź. He came to us asking for help in building a personal brand image and needed everything from scratch - a good logo, professional photo shoot, website and social media graphics.
During the talks, it turned out that there is still a little bit to be discussed and strategically arranged. Here, consultations and workshops with our strategist, Agnieszka, helped, during which we clarified communication and defined the values that the client has to offer to his target group.
We worked very closely with the whole team, paying great attention to every little detail. Although we are almost 500 km away from the client, the contact was very regular. Several times we met online with all or a part of the team doing solid brainstorming sessions. In addition, we were in contact with the client almost every day by text or telephone and discussed all ideas on an ongoing basis.
In the visual identification, we used the sailing theme, because Przemek calls his agents the crew. There are also episodes in his life history as a sailor and sailor. In addition, the turquoise colors refer to the philosophy of the Turquoise Organization, of which Przemek is a huge fan as well as a practitioner.
We listened to him how respectful he approaches people and how he allows them to influence the company's development on their own. Look for such an employer with a candle!
Our copywriter has developed the texts for the website, thanks to which it is read very lightly, and the message clearly shows what Przemek does and how he differs from other agents. The whole thing creates a fascinating story of a man who went through a lot in his life, but still did not give up and today manages a group of 40 real estate agents.
The result of all the works is a light and eye-catching website, the aim of which was to recruit new people to work as a real estate agent in Przemek's crew. Communication is simple and friendly, and the website shows exactly what is going on and what needs to be done to apply to work with Przemek. We have made it easier for potential recipients to contact us by inserting a contact form on almost every tab, as well as we try to encourage contact through the great feedback that the client has collected from people who already work with him.
Is the customer satisfied? I will only quote his statement "I did not know that building a website, planning a communication strategy, name, logo, copywriting was such exciting and fun!"
